The partnership of Cuellar and Dunne may be better IMHO AVFC.
I tended to agree with Petrov, but think he may put Bradley in. Seen some of his goald and could be a great asset

Re: Team v Blakpool
I wanted Heskey to be given a go with Bent, but as Young played well for England in the forward roll. Hope that Albrighton aplats instead of Gabby.
................Friedel............
Walker Collins Dunne Clark
...........Petrov Makoun......
Albrighton..Young.Downing
................Bent................
I know it seems that lots of people want Petrov dropped, but can't see him giving Bradley his debut with Makoun, plus Petrov can dwell on the ball a bit, but we have 5 more attacking players than him on the pitch so I am looking for something from them.

Can't drop Collins, VFL!
Collins' has been brilliant as of late. Feel sorry for Cuéllar, but if that means Collins and Dunne have to play at their best in order for them not to be dropped, then can't complain.
Think Bradley will make his debut today, but don't think GH will start him unfortunately, so reckon Petrov will be in there alongside Makoun.
I'd play Young on the left wing, Albrighton/Downing on the right and then have Gabby play just behind Bent, because he can win headers, n' stuff init.

Really? I heard it was an entertaining game!
Only managed to get home in time to see the last 20 minutes, thought Young definitely had a case for at least a freekick on the line, if not a penalty. He then had a chance to score in the last minute to score aswell. Think he's playing with alot more confidence now which is good for us. Heard Downing hit the post and had another chance one-on-one which the keeper saved, but it's good he looks like he's playing well again too. Gabby took his goal well.

Gabby took his goal well. My link was pretty scrapping and dropped quite a bit, but everytime it came back it was us losing possesion with little or no end result. Scrappy play all round and Blackpool better in possesion. Bent subbed as he had absolutley feck all to work off. Relegation battle still very much in the frame.

Re: Team v Blakpool
It was an entertaining game thats for sure, I don't know how the first half didn't finish 3-3.
Downing started well but really went shite as the first half went on and was crap in the second, I know you lot think I'm becoming biased against him now but I say it as I see it. He was through 1 on 1 poor finish, had several chances to cross the ball in never beat the man at the near post, good shot that hit the post I thought that was in. dreadful when through down the wing Young in the middle unmarked all he had to do was put it across the box to him and he hit it straight at the goalkeeper, then in the second half he was very poor.
Bent, yep no service, I'm convinced we have to play him upfront with someone like heskey, at the moment we whack the balls up to him and he is expected do win the header and flick it on, problem is he doesn't win most the headers and when he does he flicks it on to no body as he is supposed to be the striker feeding of the flick ons
Gabby had a very good first half, I don't think I would have taken him off.
Young also had a good game but does him self no favours, couple of shit dives in the second half which then lead to the officials not awarding a blatant penalty at the end of the match, also had a good chance after that which he scuffed and went wide.
Walker did very well, as did Clark. We looked a lot safer at the back when Collins came on.
Bradley had 15mins touched the ball twice i think.
Reo Coker MOTM for me, was excellent and tireless workrate in midfield.
Overall once again not making the most of our chances has cost us another 2 points.
Oh and Makoun sending off, 2 footed no complaints.

Don't know about petrov, tbh only realised he wasn't there 10mins into the match.
Oh and Downing is just shite, should have been subbed for albrighton early second half.
