Houllier out

Post  villanfromluton on Sat Feb 26, 2011 8:00 pm

What the feck was he doing today taking our best player off at 3-0, almost let Blackburn back into the game. Bloody disgrace and shows he has not got a bloody clue. I have been banging on about picking Pires for ages, he comes in today and was my MOTM, yet he takes him off.

It was time for Pires' diaper change, the cleaning his dentures, and feeding time. Also his bedtime wasn't too far away. Good decision by GH to be fair.

Jay, did you see the game? Pires was superb to be fair, though couldnt believe the amount of time they were all given by Blackburn. He was my MOTM

Pires was excellent today. I was saying in the pub before the game that I thought today was the game for Pires.

I think we all said the same. It was the Arsenal fans that said we should get rid.

To be fair to the Arsenal fans, they are past their best, unlike our good selves

Didn't see the game but heard on the radio a few Villa fans saying Pires played really well and the football was good.. So far all of Houlliers signings have been top notch.. It's the reason I said give him time.. The Frog will atleast sort out a scouting system get some good players in and leave a base to build on..

"Perfect game for Pires", reason being Blackburn are so shite he would get as much time on the ball as he wanted. Very happy with the 3 points, goals and performance. But it has to be acknowledged that bar West Ham Blackburn are the worst team to grace VP both times this season.

But its not about them, its about us moving up and thats what we did and mores going to be needed at Europe chasing Bolton.

At last, I finally sense a love affair for you Villa fans and the excellent Robert Pires. It took a long time coming, to be fair you haven't had a lot of football in your team since The Merse wore your shirt so you'll have forgotten that football isn't kick'n rush any more.
Long may the affair last - and don't say we didn't tell you. Oh yes, your manager ain't too bad either, likes a bit of football too, eh?
