It's likely he will stay, however surely we have ever right to question what the **** is going on with some of the decisions he has come up with over the last month or so?

Just because we got lumbered with Alex McLeish last season that doesn't mean any manager that follows him can do what they like and not be questioned by the fans.

The only reason Lambert stays if we get relegated is a financial one. If we go down, lambert has well and truly failed. I like the idea of managerial stability and we need it but not with a poor manager that had failed and got the club relegated.

There is no point in getting rid of him as nobody with any sense or ability would come to us at the present time

Surely the reason to keep him if we go down is that the young players he has bought in do show potential and they can improve and come back up as a stronger and better team? If he can't bring us back up though and we go the way of say Birmingham and Wolves where they aren't even challenging in the championship then that's the time to say ok well you have failed.

Time to commit suicide then say he's failed!!

If we survive - will there be a a lot of players going in and out? will PL be able to get 'his team'?

Well arguably Guzan, Vlaar, Lowton, Westwood and Benteke have all been very good performers, all his signings.

Vlaar was so badly off the pace last night it was ridiculous.

Lambert has made some good signings, and all the players you have stated have looked good in parts. Hopefully he will add a couple of players and we will push on.

But last night was so embarrasing, every single person I have spoke to, whether a Villa fan or not, has questioned what the **** was going on with the lack of widt after Bradford scored as they were shittIng it when we got the ball wide.
